Delivery costs are included for UK addresses only - additional costs will be chargeable for delivery outside the UK Delivery via Royalmail “Tracked 48” service – You will receive email and text delivery notifications from RoyalMail once we process your order - please ensure you provide accurate information when placing your order as those details generate your delivery and tracking information We will not be held responsible for loss of parcels as a result of inaccurate or incomplete delivery address information provided by you at the time of ordering. Additional postage fees will be incurred for delivery outside of the UK – we will contact you & quote the additional postage costs;

Refunds & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order and return products unused, unopened (product seals must be intact) and in their original undamaged packaging within 14 days of placing your order Please Note: If you decide to cancel your order after you’ve made your PayPal transaction but before we have despatched the products we will honour your cancellation and refund in full less the non-refundable Paypal transaction fees which PayPal deduct from your payment currently 3.4% of the payment you've made. If you cancel your order after we’ve despatched your products we'll refund your order, less postage fee of £3.99, less the non-refundable PayPal fees which are currently 3.4% of the payment you’ve made when we receive the returned products which must be unopened, seals intact, unused and in all original packaging Please email us on therapy@dianenivern.com or call 01617961169 (Monday to Saturday) if you wish to cancel your order and return it - You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product you wish to return If you have a complaint regarding the product or experience an allergic reaction to the product please call us on 01617961169 or email therapy@dianenivern.com Please bear in mind that our skincare products are cosmeceutical grade – not cosmetic – they have “active” ingredients. Some degree of “downtime”, mild irritation, dryness or flakiness may be experienced and should not be considered as an “allergic reaction” – Please contact us for guidance before returning your product In the event of an allergic reaction there must be no more than 10% of product used to be refunded. You must be willing to provide details and photographic evidence of the issue as we are obliged to report skin reactions to the product’s manufacturer
