The strength you choose will depend on your skin type and concerns. If you're new to retinol, I recommend starting with the lowest strength and gradually increasing as your skin tolerates it.
How to Use Medik8 CRYSTAL RETINAL CERAMIDE EYE CREAMS
To use the Medik8 Crystal Retinal Ceramide Eye Cream, apply a small amount to your ring finger and gently pat around the eye area. Use in the evening after cleansing and toning, and before your moisturiser.
Start by using it twice a week and gradually increase as your skin tolerates it.

Phase-In
