What are wrinkle relaxing injections?
Our facial muscles contract to express our emotions, for talking, eating and drinking, squinting in bright light ……… Over time creases can form in the skin creating wrinkles.
To prevent the formation of wrinkles and creases a medical practitioner may choose to carefully inject specific areas to reduce these muscle contractions

Wrinkles can form around the eyes, between the eyebrows and across the forehead when we talk and express ourselves. Over time repeated facial movements can lead to formation of deeper, more permanent lines.
Your appearance can be refreshed with eye brow arches lifted to appear less tired. This treatment can be used to relax the top lip to minimise a “gummy smile” where your gums may be seen when you smile or to relax jaw muscles involved in jaw clenching or teeth grinding. Dimpled chins and wrinkled necks can be smoothed.
This treatment is commonly referred to as ” botox injections” which is actually a trade name for a specific, prescription only botulinum toxin serum called Botox ®.
